Class Description
Krav Maga:
Instructor: Kru Juan R. Delgado
Krav Maga (Hebrew for "contact combat") In Krav Maga, there are no hard-and-fast rules, and no distinction in training for men and women. All the techniques focus on maximum efficiency in real-life conditions. Krav Maga is also an extreme workout; the training is based by Interval Training which helps lower Body Fat and Tone. Many people come to the training to learn self-defense and become physically fit.
Muay Thai:
Instructor: Kru Juan R. Delgado
Literally Thai Boxing and also known as The Art of the Eight Limbs. ."The Science of Eight Limbs", as the hands, shins, elbows and knees are all used extensively in this art to strike at a opponent.
Jiu-Jitsu:
Instructor: Maestre Vidiver Vazquez (PM Class)
(also called grappling or submission fighting, and technically referred to as Jiu-JitSu The gentle art. ) is a wrestling style and a general term describing the aspect of martial art and combat sports that focus on clinch and ground fighting with the aim of obtaining a submission using submission holds. It is also a complete body workout and relatively new in Puerto Rico.
Kardio Kombat:

Kardio Kombat is an aerobic class designed to burn 800 to 1200 calories while at the same time toning and firming your body in 50 mins by the use of heavy bags, jump rope , Plyometric training, the use of body weight & resistance bands.We also use the new age system of TRX used by Navy Seals and various Military Units. It is very dynamic and Challenging workout.
Fighter Conditioning:
Instructor: Carlos Ortiz / Kru Juan R. Delgado
Is a Cross Fit training. We start off the class with an intense warm-up then we continue with the use of Kettle Bells, resistance bands, medicine balls, sledge hammers, heavy tires , heavy ropes. This training is exactly what fighters go thru to get their bodies ready for combat but without the physical hand-to-hand combat.
Mixed Marital Arts:
Instructor: Maestre Vidiver Vazquez
Is a combination of Stand up & Ground Fighting it is a very technical class and intense training regimen.It uses techniques from Boxing,Wrestling,Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing.
Fight Class :

Its a one hour class that all we do is Sparring and work on fighting techniques if you are looking to compete this class is for you , there is no extra charge for this class when you sign up to Muay-Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, or MMA.
Choi Kwang Do:
Instructor: Master Fernando Camareno
Is a unique martial art based on modern scientific principles from human anatomy, physiology, psychology, kinesiology, neurophysiology and biomechanics. CKD’s system is founded on the principles that its self defense techniques should generate máximum forcé.
